VLHORA is the umbrella organization of the Flemish University Colleges which defends and promotes the mutual interests of the university colleges. Their Congress is the Annual Conference of Flemish University Colleges, gathering representatives of all the PHE Institutions and disseminating latest trends in the sector in Flanders. The event includes as well international speakers in order to bring European agenda closer to the Flemish PHE sector.
